职位描述：
Key Accountabilities
Safety
? Follow safety procedures for all aspects of work
? Proactively report safety hazards, unsafety conditions, near misses and accidents
? Ensure EHS trainings are completed in a timely manner
? Execute regular EHS self-inspection as planned
Quality Management System
? Ensure follow all governing SOPs and quality policies (JLL or Client)
? Immediately report when equipment is operating in an out-of-tolerance condition
? Proactively ensure any quality issues, incidents or best practices are reported and shared
? Ensure timely completion of all quality trainings
? Proactively provide feedback if any of the SOPs describe work in an inefficient or sub-optimal manner, where changes would reduce quality risks or improve delivery efficiency
? Complete actions in relation to change controls, deviation investigation & management; root cause investigations, equipment failure investigations, CAPAs in a timely manner
? Participate in JLL self-audits as required
? Report any errors found in infrastructure and compliance documentation (e.g. maintenance logs, drawings and single-line diagrams)
? Be vigilant to ensure subcontractors understand compliance requirements such as GxP requirements and Change Control
? Ensure all maintenance activities or trainings are documented in time and achieved properly
Approval Roles
? Review relevant drawings
Business and client engagement
? Proactive communications with customer during daily work
? Escalate client’s comments to management team in time
Compliance
? Ensure to follow ABAC policy
? Ensure required Regulatory, JLL and Client policies, standards & procedures and are met for all aspects of work delivered by team (staff and vendor)
? Ensure and encourage transparent reporting of compliance issues or potential compliance issues
? Complete all mandatory JLL and Client compliance training; ensure team also does the same
Strategy
? Provide audit support to local team
? Identify each PM work order workload in own function
? Support team to update PM program
Discipline Leadership
? Proactively complete any work in support of meeting both Client needs and JLL’s contractual requirements.
? Demonstrate proper use and care of tools and instruments
Engineering Delivery
? Site daily inspection
? Execute planned maintenance(PM) work on a shift-by-shift basis
? Trouble shoot technical & discipline system problems and assist with repairs; ascertain and implement corrective action required.
? Support to execute quality defined actions (root cause investigation, CAPA execution…)
? Ensure deliverables are in compliance with relevant Client, JLL, regulatory standards and procedures.
? Document and report any problems / malfunctions as necessary, or enter data into CMMS
? Document breakdown and work order completion details into CMMS
? Support team finish yearly EM work orders review and update maintenance program accordingly
Budgets / financial / commercial
