职位描述：
Day to Day Responsibilities:
Identify, propose and implement extrusion equipment and process improvements for quality, yield and cost improvement of optical fiber cable manufacturing
Provide project leadership and establish project plans(scope, schedule, cost estimates, project acceptance criteria etc) with on-time delivery to meet business requirement
Work with US division engineering on new technology development and synchronization

 
Education & Experience

Major in engineering with BS or above degree – Mechanical and polymer material processing related
3+ years in polymer extrusion system / tooling design and engineering
3+ project experience involving new product development and new equipment development, prototyping, debug and optimization in manufacturing or production.

 
Required Skills

Mechanical equipment design and engineering analysis experience and familiar with CAD modeling (Inventor, Pro-E, etc)
Familiar with polymer material (PE/PBT etc ) extrusion systems, feed screws, barrels and process controls
Familiar with extruder tooling design and process equipment integration
Effective, high quality oral and written communication skills with English
Detail oriented and able to perform with limited supervision
Proactive, independent, flexible, quick learner
Ability to build effective working relationships with others
Ability to manage multiple priorities tasks
