Job Summary:

By improving continuously quality and making quality system world class focusing on customers’ requirements, to supply customers with the most competitive and best quality products in the world.

Key/Primary Responsibilities:

？ Quality Planning

1) Establish quality targets and following them up

2) Improve quality system

3) Operate quality council

？ Quality Process Technique

1) Control new product quality including pilot products & QI test

2) Field Quality Follow-up

3) Support CST & Sales on customers’ complaints

4) In-process quality control

5) Execute receiving inspection

6) Operate MRB(Material Review Board) to dispose line rejected parts

？ Product Quality Control

1) Inspect final products and execute pre delivery inspection and delivery inspection

2) Audit final product

3) Calibrate inspection gages and instruments

4) Conduct field quality audit and depot machines inspection

？ Supplier Quality Control

1) Evaluate suppliers

2) Initial Parts Approval & Parts audits for purchasing parts

Requirements:

？

? Experiences working as a manger in Quality or relevant fields in the construction equipment or related industries

？ Safety & environment.

? Knowledge on product quality and quality system

? Knowledge of process management, quality improvement and ISO development

? Knowledge of production control, material management, purchasing, Quality and R&D.

？ Skills

? Highly developed communication skills, in both written and spoken English

? Skill in cross-functional collaboration

? Strong motivation, leadership and integrity

? Broad-minded, quick learner, proactive.

? Well organized, patient, customer-oriented.

Education

Bachelor’s degree in the relevant fields or equivalent
