Job Summary:
? This position is as engineering interference to cross functional team to support production day to day and secure production smoothly.
? This position is to coordinate with cross functional team to transfer production and field quality issues to PM Chase system and address them until solved
? This position is requested to work very closely with cross functional team like ME, P&SM, MFG, CST and global R&U PM team to maintain the product integrity, improve the product quality in accordance PM process, as well as technical support to P&SM on localization initiatives
Key/Primary Responsibilities:
? Coordinate with RM PM team as well as OtD ECN coordinator to handle ECNs, maintain engineering BOM integrity day to day
? Work as team member of PMT(Product maintenance team) to solve the production & filed quality issues and improve the product quality through PM DMAIC process day to day
? Work closely with purchasing and manufacturing team to identify cost reduction and product improvement opportunities to achieve the manufacturing productivity
? Interface with S&M, MFG, QA, P&SM,CST as well as vendors and outside technical resources to provide technical support as needed
? Maintain engineering reports, documentation and records and standardize professional practices day to day
? Complete the project and tasks assigned by EME operation team with committed Q.D.C.
? Secures field quality situation feedback to OtD day to day
? Handle deviations reported from OtD team

Candidate Profile
Professional Experience
? Experiences in process improvement utilizing root cause analysis and Six Sigma design tools.
? Working experience in Multi-national companies preferred
? Good knowledge of international and Chinese standards and regulations
? Good technical knowledge of the compaction product and its sub-systems
? Skillful in trouble shooting and problem solving
? Experience from project management

Personal Qualifications
? 4-years university bachelors degree in mechanical engineering
? Over 3 years related work experience in mechanical engineering
? Skilful with use of CAD/PDM software, Catia, Pro-E is preferred
? Familiar with local and international material, surface treatment, welding and manufacturing knowledge
? Good computer skills(MS Word/Excel/Power point & SAP)
? Good communication skills and teamwork
Education
? Bachelors Degree in Mechanical Engineering required
Languages
? Min. English CET 4, good English in speaking and writing
