职位描述：
Director for the Workplace Strategy team is charged with the development and growth of WPS teams in Greater China Shanghai and Beijing. This person will manage the team’s business development, as well as manage and deliver high-quality workplace strategy projects which includes research, strategy-building, and change management. This person is responsible for all aspects of strategic planning and change management and is a project and team leader who will be responsible for managing the internal team as well as contributing to the development of junior team members. This person is a good communicator who can drive business development activities, presentations, and manage client communications. Some of the main duties include (but not limited to);
? Plan consulting services customized to the client’s objectives
? Manage engagement with all relevant project stakeholders
? Advise clients on strategic direction - formulate concise findings, and clearly communicate in reports and in presentations
? Exhibit in-depth knowledge of workplace trends
? Management skills for leading the team and delivering projects on time and within the given fee – from end to end
? Represent the team in client’s project steering committees when relevant
? Collaborate with other business lines within CBRE
? Manage and coach team of professional consultants
? Leverage knowledge within CBRE Japan, APAC and Global
? Business development and marketing activities lead
? Seek out new projects, create pitches and bring in projects to the team
? Create proposals based on good understanding of client needs
? Negotiate appropriate scope and services
? Manage contract agreements
? Manage delivery quality and team work load
? Team Player, not a single player

Required Knowledge & Skills
? Logical thinker, empathetic, self-driven
? Knowledge and experience in Workplace design
? Experience leading transformation projects – workplace, business, process, organization
? Experienced workshop facilitator
? Business development skill
? Accurate and effective reporting skills
? Ability to use data to support decisions
? Financial acumen
? Bilingual in Japanese & English
? Understanding of trends and delivery of innovative workplaces
? Team building skills – experience leading professional teams
? Strong communication and presentation skill both in Japanese & English
? Executive-level client communication skill
? Strong Excel and Power Point skills

Education and Qualifications
? University graduate with relevant degree – Master preferred
? Background in business (MBA), change management, HR, organization development or design preferred
