职位描述：
Responsibilities:
1.Leading and overseeing the overall business ethics and compliance functions, internal Audit and control system, and key compliance initiatives and programs
2.Establishing and continuous improving the Company’s policies, SOP, procedures, standards and business activities in relation to compliance issues based on best practices
3.Developing and coordinating the corporate compliance programs, initiatives and projects to promote the compliance level
4.Organizing compliance risk assessments, internal audit and investigation, identify and implement appropriate corrective and preventative actions based on key findings
5.Developing and delivering compliance training and education programs covering the relevant topics to ensure employees’ awareness of key compliance policies and their compliance with regulations and company policies
6.Providing advises, guidance and support to employees and management team on moderate to complex business ethics and compliance issues, including policy interpretation and requirements, compliance risk assessments, trend analyses and best practice recommendations.
7.Promote understanding of key regulations by translating compliance and legal requirements into business requirements;
8.Prepare compliance and IP protection materials for management meeting or client audit.

Requirements:
1.10 years or above working experience, and at least five years relevant work experience in Internal Auditing, Risk Management，Compliance or Internal Controls in healthcare, biological, pharmaceutical industry
2.Rich experience in Compliance Project Management and Compliance System development
3.Fluent spoken & written English and Mandarin
4.Good communication skills, including inter-personal relationship skill, strong influential skill and managing conflict skill.
5.Demonstrated leadership abilities, high levels of ethics, integrity and objectivity；
6.Bachelor degree or above from top universities 举报 分享
