Responsibilities:
· Sales Function:
2 Sales of the company Components in China with budget and reporting responsibility
2 Analyse target markets, define potential segments, develop and implement a sales and marketing strategy in order to establish long-term, reliable and beneficial customer relationship for sales of high-quality products
2 Acquire, analyse and process product specifications regarding technical and commercial requirements of the customer. Establish valuable contacts to decision makers.
2 Develop strategies and solutions in the team and process them to technical and commercial presentations and proposals.
2 Negotiate technical and commercial contracts, coordinate and support the internal and external sales network as well as related departments to achieve common success
2 Report project details and market information for further analysis and development.
· Team Function:
2 Cooperate with team members result-oriented with clear work split, tasks and responsibilities
2 Ensure proper communication and reporting of technical and commercial details internally, with customers and the company Network
2 Be a motivated team driver with a sense for opportunities and new developments
