<p>Being one of the core members in the China Leadership Team, the <strong>Head of Business Effectiveness, China</strong> is responsible for the smooth & effective running of the China as a region, ensuring all processes impacting Members, Students, Affiliates & Employees are robust/fit for purpose. The HBE is responsible for Market Planning, Targets, Performance Analysis and Forecasting, Budgets, Income targets within China. The HBE will support creation & execution of regional sales & market plans ensuring plans are robust and effective.</p><p><strong>Client Details</strong></p><p>Our client is one of the world's largest accounting bodies with a global membership of more than thousands of members working in 118 countries around the world, with more than hundreds of members working in senior leadership positions. Their core services to members include education, training, technical support and advocacy. Employees and members work together with local and international bodies to represent the views and concerns of the profession to governments, regulators, industries, academia and the general public.</p><p><strong>Description</strong></p><p>The main job responsibilities include:</p><ul><li>Performance management</li><li>Business and competitor insights</li><li>Internal communications</li><li>Risk Management</li><li>Leadership and direction</li><li>Building capacity</li><li>Budget and costing</li><li>Strategic planning</li></ul><p><strong>Profile</strong></p><p>The ideal candidate profile should be:</p><ul><li>Has worked in a strategic or senior business development role within a multinational organisation with hands on experience in new market development based on performance analysis and market insights.</li><li>Educated to degree level with excellent proficiency in both English and Chinese</li><li>Strong analytical skills and business acumen on management data and innovation to develop new ideas and solutions</li><li>Has demonstrated experience of developing and delivering sales and marketing strategies and plans</li><li>Has demonstrable, relevant experience in finance, education or the professional sector ideally gained within the China region</li><li>Shows ability to work through and manage others (directly or indirectly) to deliver the corporate strategy, with experience in managing teams and developing potential in others</li><li>Possesses excellent organisational skills and project management skills with the ability to manage several tasks at once</li><li>Possesses excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to build strong relationships with key stakeholders and partners and to be able to engage and influence at all levels</li><li>Be a highly-motivated, proactive and enthusiastic individual who is able to work with minimum supervision and with the ability to meet tight and strict deadlines</li><li>Possesses a professional approach with the ability to establish credibility quickly both across the organisation and externally</li><li>Able to present at senior level, engaging and enthusing the audience to new ideas and ways of working</li></ul><p><strong>Job Offer</strong></p><p>Attractive salary package in an outstanding working environment</p><p>To apply online please click the Apply button below.
