职位描述：
1. 负责行政部的文书工作；包括文件的起草、收集、传达及中英文翻译；
2. 负责部门部分系统的操作及录入，数据统计；表格的制定等等；
3. 负责外籍人员的日常对应；接待来电来访；
4. 能有效协助公司行政、后勤工作，处理部门对接安排等等；
5. 能接受及完成领导交办的临时行政任务。

任职资格：
大专及以上学历，熟练使用excel办公软件，擅长数据处理、分析、统计，有较好的语言组织能力及文字处理能力；
英语通过4级以上，具有良好的听说写能力；
做事有耐心、细心，工作认真负责，有较好的执行力；
稳重负责，做事认真细心，热情大方，具有较强的服务意识
职业目标稳定，能够在公司长期发展；
