Our client is one of the biggest electronic components manufactures in the world.
Reporting Lines 汇报关系:
Report to: PE Manager （工艺工程经理）
Subordinate: None
Key Responsibilities:
1. Plan/ allocate/ monitoring/ guide/ support to achieve target.
2. Design/improve production flow, to improve the productivity.
3. Define/ improve motions and layout to improve the productivity.
4. Improve the fixtures and other aid process to improve the productivity.
5. Measure and study the capacity and labor minutes, take improvement action.
6. Organize/ coordinate/ execute/ control the improvement project.
7. Self- improve own working procedure, improve dept (internal/ external) working procedure.
Job Requirements:
1. Bachelor degree or above, major in IE/mechanical/ electric/ automation.
2. More than 3 years IE experience, being capable to submit suggestions on improving labor efficiency and implement.
3. Familiar with mechanical or electric issues.
4. Familiar with IE engineering skills.
5. Familiar with IE seven skills, lean production and six sigma.
6. At least CET4, able to communicate technical issues in English.
