Duties and Responsibilities:
Key responsibilities include:
？ To take charge of the SEA projects of store design and design management;
？ To take charge of creative store design and new format development;
？ To assist to communicate with relative departments externally with SEA and internally;
？ To work with SEA construction manager;
？ To manage the OSP of SEA projects and update all the relevant information;
？ To cooperate with Design Manager with the overall planning and organization of the SEA projects status;
？ To manage the LDI for the deepen drawings and renderings;
？ To assist to manage the general design issues and inquiries from outsourced design consultant/PM companies/Landlord requirements;
Job Qualifications:
？ Architecture or Interior Design major;
？ Study abroad experience is preferred;
？ A broad job references of ID / Architecture or decorations projects design;
？ Sound knowledge in fitting-out / Decorative materials and luxury fittings;
？ Proficient in using latest version of Auto CAD / Photoshop / Sketch up / 3dmax / Microsoft office;
？ Be skillful in preparing free hand sketches and design detail;
？ Be skillful in written and speaking in English and Chinese.
？ Be passionate, creative and stylish
