职位描述：
主要职责与责任：
       同全球工程师团队协调合作，确定项目的认证需求。
       检查和填写认证申请及辅助文档。
       作为主要联系人，跟进各种认证进度状态，如UL,ETL, DLC, ES等。
       相关认证表格和文档开发和维护。
       提交数据，与相应的代理机构进行认证和技术联络。
       同工程，采购和QC团队紧密配合，确立项目详细认证计划，完成认证申请相关工作。
       同客户沟通，了解客户技术要求，传达认证要求。
       完成上级领导交给的其他工作。

任职资格要求：
       电子专业，中专及以上或同等学历
       熟悉认证管理和认证流程
       有管理协调多项任务并按时完成的能力。
       有认证工作经验者优先考虑。
       熟悉UL1993, UL1598, UL8750, DLC，Energy Star等美国认证标准。
       英语4级以上或同等水平。
       积极主动，有责任感，能独立完成工作，具有团队合作精神。
       良好的组织能力，良好的英语口语和书写能力,具有一定解决问题的能力。
       熟练使用Outlook,Word,Excel,Powerpoint,Photo等常用办公软件。

Key Duties and Responsibilities:
Work with the global engineering services team, across multiple time-zones, in order to identify certification requirements for upcoming projects
Review and fill out certification applications and supporting documentation
Serve as primary contact person and track status of UL, ETL, DLC, ES etc.
Support the development and maintenance of certification forms and documents
Submit data; provide certification and technical liaison with appropriate regulatory agency groups.
Work closely with Engineering, Sourcing and QC team and create project specific certification plan, compliance checklist and conformity inspection plan and complete project application.
Communicate with customer to establish understanding of customer’s technical requirements and convey certification capabilities and requirements.
Perform other miscellaneous duties as required or requested.

Required Qualifications:
       Technical secondary school in electrical or equivalent.
Familiarity with regulatory compliance and certification procedure
Ability to manage multiple priorities and perform within deadlines
Experience with certification field is a plus
Familiar with UL1993, UL1598, UL8750, DLC and Energy Star Criteria / standard
English Test of Band 4 or equivalent required.
Must be motivated, responsible individual, able to work independently as well as team player.
Must be well organized, have strong oral and written communications, a positive work ethic and problem solving skills.
Computer skills including outlook, Excel Spreadsheet, Photo Editing and PowerPoint Presentation required. 举报 分享
