（一） 岗位职责

Senior Logistics Manager

Responsibilities
1、报关，与公司进出口部、财务部沟通，与海/空货代运输公司接洽，全程跟进出口

货物报关、出运

Communicate with customs clearance, our company’s import/export department, and finance department. Contact with sea and air shipping companies and go through the entire process of importing and exporting goods

2、指导、协同供货厂商履行出口产品的法定检疫检验

Lead and cooperate with our suppliers to carry out legal quarantine inspection of our goods

3、协助财务部门准备出口退税所需的相关单证资料

Assist the finance department in preparing documents needed for export rebates

4、选择、货物承运商、运输代理商等服务供应商，建立、完善、更新供应商数据库

Choose the carrier and freight forwarding agent. Set up, complete and update the supplier database

5、档案管理，进出口合同履行完毕、货物出运后将所有单证文件归档，对档案文件进行编号，以便追溯性查询。

录入单证数据到公司ERP系统

After shipping goods out, file all the documents in the appropriate folder with the correct identification, and at the same time trace back inquiries

Enter documentation into our company’s ERP system

（二）任职资格

Requirements
1、本科及以上学历，国际贸易等相关专业

Bachelor degree in international trade or related field
2、8年以上国际贸易或单证工作经验

At least 8 years of international trade or related experience
3、具有丰富海运单证操作经验，有报关和报检相关资格证书者优先

Possess abundant ocean shipping documentation operation experience. Customs clearance and inspection certification is required

4、熟悉中国电子口岸管理系统

Intimate knowledge of Chinese Electronic Port Management System

5、英语口语流利，能流利与海外公司人员交流
Possess fluent oral English and can communicate clearly and easily with our foreign office
