职位描述

HR Manager-( 欧美独资公司,汽车零配件行业,直接向老外汇报,带团队,丰厚薪资待遇,广阔发展前景)

工作地点:青岛崂山区(公司提供密集班车路线)

Purpose of the job:

HR management in business unit and provide HR support, such as employment, compensation, labor relations, benefits, training and employee services according to demand and business of department. Assist to consult department management team and employee on interpretation of HR policies and to maintain effective communication of HR programs.


目的:

负责人力资源管理,根据部门的业务需求指导并提供人力资源支持, 如雇用,报酬.劳动关系,福利,培训及员工服务,帮助部门管理层和员工理解公司人力资源政策并进行有效沟通。


Responsibilities:

1.Made and implement HR. rules and regulations and ensure it consistent with government relative policies.

2.Made monthly budgets for HR. dept.

3. Responsible for recruitment employee.

4. Develop and control all recruitment, transfer, promotion and dismissals procedure to ensure consistent with company rules and regulations and government laws.

5.Review dept. work attendance and leave summary report, calculation staff social insurance, housing fund, salary and bonus according to company policy and ensure it conform to government regulations.

6. Survey and analysis dept. annual training requirement and according to company goals and objectives to develop and implement annual training plan.

7. Management staff relations and communications, dealing with violate problem and employee claims.

8. Management company vehicle and outsourcing service for company buses, meal, security guard, building cleaning to supply effective administration services.

9. Write HR. procedure documents for TS16949 quality system, such as training management and employee satisfaction degree management procedure document, and implement the procedure.

10. Keep good relationship with government relative dept.

11. Submit HR. report and forms according to the demands of GM. and GRCUS.


Qualifications:

1.More than five years experience in HR. management area.

2. Graduated from college or above, major in HR. Management.

3. Fluent English, native Chinese speaker, ability to understand and accurately convey HR. matters in both languages.

4. Open minded, good natured, highly motivated, team leader, ability to learn quickly.

工作职责:

1、制定和执行人力资源政策和规章制度,确保符合当地政府相关规定。

2、制定月度人力资源部预算。

3、负责员工招聘工作。

4、管理和监控员工入职、调动、晋升及离职程序,确保符合公司管理规定及当地法律法规。

5、根据政府相关规定及公司政策,做好部门假期及考勤的汇总审核,及员工社会保险、住房公积金,薪资和奖金的计算发放工作。

6、调查和分析部门培训需求,根据公司经营管理目标制定年度培训计划,跟进实施并落实培训记录。

7、管理员工关系,处理员工违纪及投诉。

8、管理行政用车及员工班车、员工餐、保安、清洁等外包行政事务,有效提供行政服务。

9、编制TS16949质量管理程序相关文件,如培训管理及员工满意度管理程序文件,并执行相关规定。

10、与政府相关部门保持良好的工作关系。

11、根据总经理及美国总部要求,提供相关报表报告。


任职资格:

1、五年以上人力资源管理工作经验。

2、大专以上学历,人力资源管理专业。

3、良好的英语水平,具有较强的语言、文字表达能力。

4、性格外向,具有良好的推动力、号召力和较强的学习能力。
