Mandatory:
?8-10 years R&D experiences in wood UV coatings for China wood Industry
?Knowledge of formulating technology for furniture and flooring UV products
?Knowledge of performance tests and equipment for the wood Industry
?Proficient in speaking and writing English
?Ability to relocate to the Qingdao City
?At least BS in Chemistry or Chemical Engineering
Optional:
?Strong relationship with multinational and local UV raw material suppliers
?Formulation experience in water-based UV for furniture
?Familiar with wood Industry customer’s requests about products
?working experience in multinational company
?Experience in managing a small team
