Responsibilities:

1.Be in charge of developing and promoting Sinodis Beverage brands (mainly Coffee & Tea products) and service portfolio upon customers’ and market needs;

2.Develop and implement specific action plans to target different channels and drive sales and brand awareness;

3.Work very closely with the brand side and sales and marketing teams to create and implement joint strategies to grow the business;

4.Strongly take initiative, strong communication and negotiation skills, great passion in meeting sales and penetration target;

5.Attendance to any event linked with the promotion of Sinodis Beverage products;

6.Support the sales team to win more new business. Keep an eye on organic growth by identifying new customers, new product sales opportunities;

7.Understand the requirements of a potential customer (e.g. Hotel) and make most suitable proposals for coffee, tea, and beverage solutions;

8.Manage communication between supplier, sales, marketing, and supply chain teams;

9.Manage sales forecasts and work closely with purchasing team to ensure there is always sufficient stock available to meet customer demand.

10.Organize and prepare for trade marketing events, demonstrations, trainings and supplier visits

11.Collaborate with other Sinodis categories (Gourmet, Dairy, Pastry, Cheese etc.) to promote Sinodis products to all customers

12.Other ad-hoc duties may be assigned

Requirements:

1.Bachelor degree or above;

2.Positive working attitude and shall comply with working arrangements made by leaders;

3.2+ years working experience, ideally in coffee, tea or beverage area;

4.Need to have a full knowledge about the market, competitors and SINODIS full portfolio

5.Fluent spoken/written English and Mandarin is a must, French/Spanish/Italian is a plus;

6.Excellent communication skills needed;

7.Outgoing character, Strong sense of initiative, striving for continuous improvement. Reactive and able to adjust smoothly to new environments，Autonomous;

8.Confident speaking in front of an audience；

9.A true team player who works in a customer-oriented and problem-solving way

10.Good communication skills, be positive and active;

11.Must like and drink coffee, have interest in hot beverages (e.g. coffee & tea)
