职位描述：

· Leads more complex projects, analyzes and designs new products and systems, and improves existing products. 参与较复杂项目，主导新产品及系统的分析与设计，并对现有产品进行改进。

· Designs and/or improves products considering manufacturability, quality and cost with a thorough understanding of design tools and methods. Reviews and approves work done by associate and design engineers. 通过全面设计的工具和方法，结合产品可制造性，性价比等因素，设计和/或改进产品。 同时审查和批准由助理设计工程师完成的工作

· Solves problems with a thorough understanding of tradeoffs in problem solving to drive optimized designs. 解决问题，充分了解并使用权衡方法解决产品设计中的问题，以推动优化设计。

· Leads in capturing voice of customer and development of product specifications. Translates customer needs to manufacturing requirements. 主导客户声音的发掘，并制定相关产品规格书。 将客户需求转变为制造要求。

· Creates test plans and develops new test protocol for products or components, with a solid understanding of reliability and fail.在充分了解产品可靠性基础上，为新产品或其组件制定新的测试协议与计划。

Minimum Qualifications:

· 7-10 years’ experience within application, design, or sustaining engineering or technical sales function 在应用、设计或维修工程或技术销售方面有7-10年的经验

· Ability to design and configure complex systems with limited guidance 能够在有限的指导下设计和配置复杂系统

· Ability to travel 10% - 20% of time, depending on customer needs根据客户需求，能够旅行10％-20％的时间

· Familiarity with power electronics equipment including switchgear, soft starters and VFDs. 熟悉电力电子设备，包括软启动器，开关柜和变频器。

· Ability to work independently and consistently meet deadlines能够独立工作，始终如一地满足期限

· Good at English Speaking & reading良好的英语口语和阅读能力

Desired Skills and Experience:

· Demonstrated design and/or applications experience with MV Drives and Controls高压驱动器和控制器的设计和/或应用经验

· Solidworks experience a plus Solidworks 熟悉Solidswork软件

· Proficient with 2-D and 3-D AutoCAD software 精通2-D和3-D AutoCAD软件

· Experience operating in an electronics manufacturing environment a plus 拥有电子制造环境中的经验

· Strong technical skills related to electrical engineering and power electronics在电气工程和电力电子技术相关方面有很强的技术能力

· Excellent communication skills (oral, written, and listening) and the ability to collaborate effectively with diverse group of professionals良好的沟通能力（口语，书面和听力）以及与各种专业人士有效合作的能力
