职位描述：
? Degree qualified in engineering or its equivalent.
? Good command of written English, Cantonese and Mandarin.
? Team player, able to work in complex environment, overtime and under pressure
? 10 years or above in Home appliance field with management level.
? Strong leadership, excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
? Assertive, well-organized, result-oriented and having good problem solving skill with analytical mind.
? Strong technical knowledge in Metal processing, Plastic molding and tooling, usage of advanced engineering material with knowledge of Electric circuity is a plus.
- Microsoft Office suite including Excel, PowerPoint and Email
- Statistical analysis software, e.g., Minitab.
- Engineering software, e.g. Pro-E and Auto CAD
? Monitor and measure team progress against business plan and recommend changes as needed.
? Lead cross‐functional projects within area of responsibility
? Proactively seek feedback on self; recognize own capabilities and take initiative to continually improve
? Advocate for continual improvement in customer experience to increase brand loyalty
? Team player with other depts. such as NPD, Operations and Factories
? Ability to travel to factories and work in difficult regions, such as Northern China
