职位描述：
主要职责：
-参与项目经理和产品设计工程师以识别设计和工艺方面潜在的问题，并采取相应的改善措施。
-对新产品设计进行物料成本分析，预估产品价格。
-主导新产品开发过程中生产确认环节，确保首产通过率98%。
1. 主导PFMEA与供应商的讨论，跨部门合作确定并解决工艺问题
2. 评估供应商装配工艺，确保其开发合适的夹具等以保证可重复及稳定的装配过程
3. 明确生产瓶颈，优化生产线以保证最大产量
4. 与公司工程部、质量管理部合作确保在产线上完成适当的测试方法
-审核新供应过程中与SQE工程师实施对供应商的质量稽核。
-生产确认环节进行问题解决和成因分析。
-与美国总部Sourcing部门紧密合作协助供应商之间的产品转移。
-主导提高战略供应商表现的项目。

教育：
机械/电气/电子工程师专业本科及以上学历

要求：
-在类似领域5~10年装配经验
-具备总装过程相关知识，了解冲压、注塑、压铸及拉伸（金属及塑料）
-必须具备优秀的英语说、写能力
-能看懂蓝图
-必须具备团队精神，较强的人际沟通能力
-优秀的问题解决和决断能力
-必须具备足够的微软办公软件操作能力(Word, Excel, Power point)
-能够适应30-50%的国内出差时间
-运用组合的质量方法与供应商进行问题解决和成因分析，以消除问题的再次发生
-熟练运用统计过程控制技术(Control charts, Pareto, Sampling plans, Cause and Effects diagram, Gage R&R, Cp, Cpk etc)

其它期望具备的能力：
-电子行业工作经验。对SMT、波峰焊有很好的了解。
-对LED技术中的PCB安装有基本的了解。
-冲压、注塑领域模具方面的背景。
-了解采购、供应商关系管理、原材料及供应商质量的相互影响

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
-Interface with Program managers and Product design engineers to identify potential Design for manufacturability and process issues and drive actions to mitigate these challenges.
-Perform material cost analysis of new product designs to provide product cost estimates.
-Lead production validation runs during new product launches and ensure first pass yield of >98%.
1. Lead PFMEA (Process failure modes and Effects Analysis) discussions with Suppliers and Kichler cross functional teams to identify and mitigate process concerns
2. Evaluate Supplier final assembly processes and ensure appropriate assembly jigs and aids are developed to ensure repeatable and stable assembly process.
3. Identify bottlenecks, and optimize the production line to ensure maximum throughput.
4. Collaborate with Kichler Engineering and Quality teams to ensure appropriate testing methods have been implemented on production line.
-Perform Supplier qualification audits with Supplier Quality Engineer, when qualifying new suppliers.
-Champion problem solving and root cause analysis during production validation runs
-Work closely with US Sourcing team to assist in transfer of work between suppliers
-Lead supplier performance improvement projects for Strategic suppliers.

Education
Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical/Electrical/Electronic Engineering

Minimum Requirements:
-Five (5) to Ten (10) years assembly experience in similar field and function
-Knowledge of Final assembly processes and understanding of Stamping, Injection Molding, Die Casting, and extrusion processes (Metal and Plastics)
-Must have good English speaking and written skills
-Ability to read and understand blue prints
-Must be a team player and have strong interpersonal and communication skills.
-Excellent problem solving and decision making skills.
-Must be proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Power point).
-Expect 30-50% domestic travel (China).
-Champion problem solving and root cause analysis initiatives with Suppliers using structured quality methods, to eliminate recurrence of non-conformances.
-Be proficient in Statistical process control techniques (Control charts, Pareto, Sampling plans, Cause and Effects diagram, Gage R&R, Cp, Cpk etc)

Desired Requirements:
-Experience working in Electronics industry. Have good understanding of SMT, and Wave soldering processes.
-Have basic understanding of LED technology with respect to PCB assembly.
-Tooling background in Stamping dies, Injection molding molds,
