Purpose of the job:
The job is to support the sales team for HM Asia Offerings range of products in Asia Pacific (except China, Taiwan and Hong Kong), Middle East and Latin America.
This job is to support, coordinate and lead every Customer Experience events in the Dong Guan Showroom and Factory.
Specific responsibilities:
1.Provide all technical support and expertise to dealers and sales team on HM Asia offerings portfolio.
2.Providing specifications and CAD drawings to dealers and sales team should the dealer require support in this aspect.
3.In charge of the customer experience program in the Herman Miller Dong Guan showroom and factory.
4.Maintain good working relationships with local dealer personnel and Herman Miller sales personnel in maintaining competence 5.and commitment to Herman Miller Asia offerings products.
6.Provide field training for dealer sales personnel in product and positional skills.
7.Participate in induction training for new personnel and new product training.
Education and experience
1.Diploma or equivalent.
2.At least 3 years working experience, preferably in the technical field.
3.Knowledge in office furniture specifications is preferable.
4.Proficient with PC based software such as Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Auto Cad or Revitt.
5.Well-organized, self-motivate, energetic, detail-oriented, proactive and enthusiastic.
6.Good presentation skills.
7.Good team player, multi-tasking, willing to learn, able to work under pressure and independently.
8.Excellent interpersonal skill and fluent in speaking and written English and Chinese is essential.
