职位描述：
General Requirement:
? Perform inspection job according to company’s schedule;
? Well understand and follow the client’s requirements and company SOP, WI etc. during inspection;
? Good communication with office staff and factory representative;
? Complete inspection report base on the actual findings;
? Able to apply DDEI reporting system to input inspection data;
? Assist in maintain and control inspection document;
? Verify inspection result with technical supervisor;
? Perform any job related assignment as required by supervisor or above.
For Senior Inspector:
? Able to perform all kinds of inspection service type (IPI/DPI/FRI…) individually;
? Able to perform inspection with wide product range;
? Draft report will not be reviewed and only record the clients’ feedback for evaluation;
? Able to well organize inspection process and show for any visitor if necessary;
? Conduct coach to newcomer no matter you are on-site trainer or not;
? Conduct inspection for new complicated product or new client at first several times;
? Take the leader to monitor the inspection spot and coordinate each other for alignment of report;
? Learn about relevant product standards to enhance business capability;
? Share inspection experience with colleagues;
? Assist supervisor to do some training and investigate some clients’ complaint or feedback.
For Inspector II:
? Able to perform all kinds of inspection service type (IPI/DPI/FRI…) separately;
? Follow up the on-site arrangement or instruction from senior inspector/or above;
? Take the leader to monitor the inspection spot and coordinate each other for alignment of report if no any senior inspector available on-site;
? Train newcomer as on-site trainer when appointed;
? Feedback any inquiry or discrepancy found during on-site inspection to supervisor for decision.
For Inspector I:
? Perform inspection for some simple order or repeated order;
? Able to perform Loading supervision and sample picking;
? Act as a helper to perform inspection under inspector II or senior inspector’s supervision;
? Feedback any inquiry or discrepancy found during on-site inspection to senior staff or supervisor for decision.

Qualifications:
? University degree or above in Food Science and Engineering, Food Safety and Quality or other relevant areas (e.g. Agriculture Science, Aquaculture Science, Biological Sciences, etc.);
? Good knowledge on food product quality control (frozen foods, canned foods, bottled foods, pet goods and dried goods-groceries etc.);
? Good knowledge on GMP/HACCP/ISO22000 will be highly preferred;
? At least 4 years working experience in Food Industry manufacturing – with at least 2 years’ experience on the end food product quality control, such as how to inspect frozen foods, canned foods, bottled foods, pet goods and dried goods-groceries etc. Or at least 4 years of experience as Food Industry auditor / inspector;
? Ability to read and interpret English documents such as inspection guidelines and operation manuals;
? Ability to write routine reports and correspondence in English;
? Basic knowledge of computer application in relevant software;
? Willing to travel frequently.
