Job Responsibilities:
-Prepare and process China and Vietnam payroll, social benefit and IIT scheme;
-Administrate staff movement on probation, promotion and exit;
-Conduct expatriate management, including work visa/permits application, tax reporting;
-Maintain monthly HR reports, e.g. payroll reports, staff reports, leave records etc.;
-Maintain HR information system to ensure data accuracy;
-Support the execution of other HR activities, e.g. training and development programs.
Requirements:
- 4 years above working experience in MNC, with C&B experience will be extra bonus;
- Bachelor degree or above in Human Resources or Business Administration;
- Proficient in Micro Office software, e.g. Excel;
- Good command in written and spoken English;
- Good team player.
