工作内容:
- 熟悉部门运作流程、学习产品开发知识和品管知识
- 了解订单情况，能有效和工厂、跟单及业务沟通杜绝沟通错误影响生产
- 每天更新订单总表.协助主管追样品及生产状况
- 记录整理邮件,协助主管快速处理日常事情
- 其他主管交代相关部门事宜
岗位要求：
- 1年以上文员或办公室助理经验
- 熟悉品质部门运作及产品知识；
- 熟悉办公软件应用；
- 沟通交际能力佳
- 需有较高情商和人员管理能力
- 逻辑思维活跃
- 有文案分类管理经验和概念
- 诚实、敬业、工作积极主动，有较强的责任心；

Millennium Furniture (MLM) is one of the important bussiness(Sales) central of Millennium Group HK Ltd and provides sales for all Millennium entities.

MLM are based in Dalingshan Town,Dongguan, which has more than 100 direct employees in Dongguan central office, and over 50 people in other functional office of Hebei (Langfang)/ Anji/Hangzhou.
