职位描述：
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Take overall operation management responsibility for Dongguan Site including production management, product engineering, procurement, material planning, inventory control, and quality process;
- Develop short-term action plan to ensure the delivery of the long-term growth plan and to meet the strategic objectives of the corporation and the targeted revenue growth;
- Manage product development and improvement for the product line to ensure smooth coordination and integration with new product development and improvements;
- Ensure human capital is effectively deployed; lead and mentor the local key management team;
- Provide the strategic and tactical execution and leadership necessary to further improve production process and operation efficiency to drive profitability;
PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE / QUALIFICATIONS
- A minimum of 10 years of increasing responsibility in a multinational manufacturing company in China
- Proven experiences in manufacturing operations management; good lean process implementation experience,
- Proven track record of managing a production site and completing cost reduction and change management projects;
- The candidate will have demonstrated a dynamic, confident and communicative leadership style and team building skills.
- Familiar with matrix reporting organization structure;
- Excellent English communication skills, international exposure preferred as this person needs to have communications with global team and regional market leaders. 举报 分享
