职位描述：
Key Responsibilities

1、Reports the status of the development by collecting, analyzing, interpreting, summarizing, and displaying data.
2、The position will require competencies that include molding, tooling, quality inspection and Supervision
3、Shows full transparency to the assigned leader
4、Strong communication with the relative dept. within the Miele organization
5、Reviews and updates technical equipment specifications and requirements.
6、Assess team members, give necessary training to enhance the capability
7、Work with relative departments to ensure products will meet various regional standards, as well as internal product requirements.
8、Introduce new technology process and equipment to optimize the molding production ,cost saving
9、Goal setting and KPI data review ,find out the bottom neck and organize team to find out the solution
Estimate budget
10、Further orientation and people orientation
11、Other duties as assigned
12、Lean Management (6S)

Backgroundand Skill Requirements

1、Technical university bachelor degree in mechanical engineering or similar
2、At least 5 years’ experience in Injection Molding (experience in household appliances is a plus)
3、Knowledge of managing a department (modern managing) with focus of future orientation , people orientation and culture (ensure future success)
4、Familiar with plastic raw material
5、Knowledge of tools design ,development and manufacturing
6、Knowledge of development procedures and methods
7、Knowledge of effective team building approaches and team dynamics
8、 Knowledge of ISO quality system and related requirements and standards.
9、 Extensive computer skills include word processing, spreadsheet, database, and graphics applications.
10、Skilled to understand and interpret standards, directives and laws
11、 Skilled to define and describe tasks
12、 Ability to quickly acquire new knowledge and skills as necessary
13、 Work Environment: combination of office and Manufacturing environment.
