Position:
Operation Specialist

Summary:
Lead call center operation team to fully support and ensure the daily operation and management of tele Sales and Service teams for EF online products; proposal/lead/coordinate projects referring to system, process and policy to optimize operation results.

Responsibilities:
1. Lead and guide operation team to manage system usage, assign sales resources, provide necessary reports, confirm payments, arrange deliveries and so on, and support sales/service teams’ sustainable successes.
2. Monitor and analyze operation results, refine core information, provide intelligence support for the management team’s decisions.
3. Basing reasonable data analysis, proposal/lead/coordinate projects to optimize current system, policy and process to improve operations effectively.
4. Work as key contact person to smooth cross-function tasks referring to associate departments, facilitate EF online business together. .
5. Take in charge of the management of vendors, referring to evaluation, selection, negotiation, implementation and contract related.

Qualifications:
1. 2+ years of experience working, call center experience is preferred.
2. Data-analyzing skill and critical-thinking capability, proficient of 1 or more BI tools is a plus.
3. Well understanding of information systems, experience of CRM system and phone system in preferred.
4. Ability to lead changes and motivate others without authority
5. Strong core competencies for project management: business ownership, data-based, drive for result.
6. Good written and oral communication in English.

高级运营专员（EF英孚教育浦东客户体验中心/呼叫中心）

概要:
带领中心运营团队为EF英孚教育在线产品的电话销售与服务部门的运营与管理提供全面的支撑和保障；提出、领导或协调系统、流程与政策相关的各种项目来改进运营绩效。
 
职责:
1. 领导/指导运营团队出色地完成诸如系统账号管理、销售资源分配、管理报表制作、运营收支确认、订单相关配送等工作，为销售/服务团队的持续成功提供支撑与保障。
2. 监控运营过程中的各种数据报表。
3. 基于合理的分析，提出、领导或协调各种项目以有效地改进运营所涉及的系统、流程与政策。
4. 作为关键对外联络人，有效地协调完成运营所需的各种跨部门日常工作。
5. 有效地管理各家供应商，承担供应商评估、选择、谈判、执行、监督，以及合同相关的各种相关工作。

要求:
1. 2年以上工作经验，具备呼叫中心工作经验者优先。
2. 优秀的逻辑思维能力，能熟练使用至少一种BI工具者优先。
3. 深入了解工作中使用过的各种信息系统，有大型CRM系统或呼叫中心电话系统经验者优先。
4. 具备引导激励直属/非直属工作伙伴共同实现业务改进的能力。
5. 具备很强的诸如从业务出发、基于数据、结果导向等项目管理的核心能力。
