职位描述：
Our Client is a Global Sourcing Center (European) in Shenzhen, in a fast-growing status.

Main responsibilities:
？ Creates collaborative business plans with strategic vendors, develops negotiating strategies, and directs the execution of strategic programs.
？ Manage the overall sourcing / merchandising function with full control over the planning harmonization and execution of the sourcing / buying strategy;
？ Build network and relationships at the appropriate level with key suppliers;
？ Manage all contracting, pricing and terms negotiation activities of all product categories and associated suppliers in order to drive product competitiveness and supply continuity;
？ Lead the supplier / product selection and negotiation process; create and manage strategic suppliers with plans; expand upon existing supplier relationships; monitor supplier performance regarding future opportunities;
？ Build network & relationship with key internal stakeholders with periodic reviews & promote the ‘value add’ & contribution of the team;
？ Review KPIs, goals & objectives periodically & report any deviation from the agreed targets;

Main requirements:
？ Bachelor degree or equivalent
？ 10+ years working experience in sourcing management, preferably in trading industry.
？ Fluent in English – both written and spoken
？ Good communication skills both internally and externally
？ Highly motivated, able to work independently
？ Team cooperation spirit
