职位描述：
KEY OBJECTIVES:
1. Own the China quality assurance process and system, develop and implement Quality Assurance Strategy that would create a Quality culture, increasing customer’s loyalty, supports China business growth.
2. Conduct Quality Assurance audits of all functions, assess effectiveness of quality Systems and Processes, employee engagement, skills and competency, deliver quality assurance training, organize regular internal quality audit, ISO audits, identify gaps and implement continuous improvement action plans.
3. Work closely with sales, marketing and technical teams, meet with Customers as needed to fully understand their quality requirements,then deliver back to internal teams. Lead quality audit from our customers for both sites
4. Work Closely with purchasing team to define quality requirements with technical team to our suppliers, conduct external supplier quality audit as needed
5. Deliver quality assurance training to all employees properly, this started from assess the current skills and competency level, also assess the training effectiveness from time to time
6. Review the effectiveness of the customer and supplier complaint process, ensure root cause analysis and corrective actions are
effectively implemented to the 1st floor level. Update the China complained status to China leadership team on regular basis
7. Other Tasks assigned by China MD as needed
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS
? BS Degree in Chemical Engineering or FMCG, Master or MBA is a plus.
? Solid experience as a lead Quality Auditor, more than 5 years of Quality Assurance leadership role in multi-national companies, six sigma black belt or MBA is a plus.
? Good understanding of Quality Assurance principles and techniques,this includes but not limit to tools such as 8D Root Cause Analysis,FMEA and SPC etc.
? Effective written and oral English communication, multilingual for better communications in the region.
? Excellent analytical skills.
