职位描述：
Responsibility:
1.Support introduction of New Suppliers/New Technology/New Parts
2.Knowledgeable and Capable in solving Technical and Qualitative issue with the suppliers, especially on Plastics and Mechanical processes
3.Support the Category Manager’s in Supplier Base and Supply Chain Risk management
4.Set up and Monitor the appropriate set of KPI's and related reports which are necessary to track and improve the supplier performances, especially on Quality and Process capabilities
5. Design and implement plans with the suppliers to reduce lead times, increase yields and quality

Requirement:
1.Bachelor’s degree required
2.more than 5 years of experience in Procurement Engineering for High precision Mechanical company.
3.Excellent in mastering Plastics and Mechanical technologies, from a technology and process point of view.
4.Excellent in Problem Solving applied to Sourcing and Supply chain, Excellent team player and collaborative style in a project-based environment.
5.Precise and Detailed oriented with a strong Systematic approach
6.Strong communication, autonomous and proactive, loyal and integer
