职位描述：
Responsibilities:
1. Manage the quality control & quality assurance team on a day to day basis
2. Set targets and implement measures to ensure product produced meets the expected quality levels.
3. Set KPI’s to monitor and improve quality performance.
4. Handle and resolve customer complaints, suggest/implement corrective actions to eliminate the reoccurrence of such complaints
5. Manage and implement compliance procedures & testing to ensure product delivered meets the most up to date customer & legal requirements
6. Manage and develop process improvements and innovations projects in conjunction with Head of Product Development.

Requirements:
1.Bachelor’s Degree in polymer science or chemistry related topic
2.More than 5 years experience in a QC/QA environment, including management experience in this area
3.In the footwear or apparel Industry .Experience in other industries which demonstrate transferable skills will also be considered.
