工作职责：
? Accountability
The IT Project Coordinator is accountable to:
? Oversee store and office projects from start to finish.
? Manage, support and coordinate projects to ensure that quality, goals and objectives are accomplished.
? Select and monitor vendors to ensure quality and compliance to H&M standards.
? Support the IT Manager with budget, negotiations, special projects and implementing new solutions.

Main Responsibilities (What you do)
Existing and new stores
? Manage assigned large-scale and ad-hoc projects according to set schedule and provide progress-reports back to relevant departments.
? Liaise with vendors for procurement, maintenance, and support.
? Coordinate, collaborate, and communicate closely with internal and external department/team.
? Ensure store operations are running efficiently, and support the business side

Office
? Prepare documentations, establish routines, and occasionally hold presentations
? Maintain best practice in IT service management, and recommend IT solutions to improve business efficiency and stability.
? Working in a team to provide end-to-end troubleshooting and technical support to internal users according to defined processes and methods.

? Have excellent customer service and interpersonal skills with proven organizational and communication skills
? Self-motivated, has the ability able to initiate action and actively identify new areas for learning and improvement.
? Results-oriented, excellent time management, organized.
? Ability to prioritize tasks and distribute to appropriate department or individual
? Ability to work flexible hours and extended hours at times when needed.

Education and experience requirements (should also include any required certifications etc.)
? Minimum 3 years of relevant work experience
? Hands-on experience on IT Project Management is an asset to the position.
? ITIL knowledge

Knowledge and skills requirements (should include language requirements, other functional and technical skills)
? Excellent command of both written and spoken Cantonese and English (Mandarin is an extra asset)
? Proficient in Microsoft Office
