职位描述：
- Performance Management:
eCommerce Brand and Marketing investment budget management and analysis for all category and customers, including budgets hold by Data team. Define targets, monitor performance, and implement reviews with D&E team members for improvement.
- Management Reporting:
Regular (local & global) report on business results for all customers and brands, gap analysis between actual and forecast. Provide monthly rolling forecast and support long term business plan building.
- Business Partnering:
Business partnering on daily work:
？ Drive price optimization and ROI for media spending
？ Innovation business case build up and execution together with D&E team
？ Standardize and simplify BMI management process to provide agility with proper controls
