General Responsibilities:
Support Sales Staff in internal and external communication
Role & Responsibilities:
1.Revert and prepare pricing/quote requests
2.nterface between Ops and client during transition phase.
3.Quality management and relationship Management of client services.
4.Basic Administrational tasks including written and verbal correspondence.
5.Telemarketing as and when required.
6.Assist in market and client research to aid in the sales process.
7.Aid in pre meeting work, such as ppt./quotations/SOP
8.Assist in reporting when necessary, via EDI, Control or oneview.
9.Other tasks assigned by manager
Communications
1.nternal – products, sales, business development, local/overseas network.
2.External - Customers
Competency & Qualifications:
1. Strong communication both written and oral in Chiense and English
2 .Strong sales oriented with excellent service etiquette;
3.Cooperative, and real team player with broad business insight;
4. Self disciplined and good time management;
5.Strong analytical skills and the ability to provide solutions.
6.Can use resources to achieve goals and objectives within timeline
Qualifications and Requirements
1. Basic industry knowledge required.
2.Strong knowledge of MS office.
3. Degree holder with strong written and oral English and Mandarin/Cantonese
4.1 year work experiences in service or logistics industry
5.Accountable and responsible.
