职位描述：
工作概述Job Summary

数据管理协调员将参与推动业务的各个方面的数据管理工作。他/她主要负责创建、更新和删除数据，根据既定的流程和政策进行跟进。数据管理协调员是物料数据建立和变更的关键联系人。他/她还将协助物流团队确认装运单据。
The Master Data Coordinator will be involved with all aspects of data that drive the business.
He/She has primary responsibility for creating, updating and deleting master data, following the defined processes and policies. The Master Data Coordinator is the primary point of contact for all set up and change requests related to material master data. He/She will also assist the logistic team to validate and confirm shipping documents.

主要工作职责Main Job Duties and Responsibilities

按时完成SAP系统主数据的维护Maintain Master Data on a timely basis
执行系统数据的清理及数据有效性的验证Perform data cleansing activities and data validation
协助完成其他部门所需的数据分析报告Compile data analysis to support business decisions
与供应商确认产品信息并根据需要设置数据记录Coordinate with suppliers of information required to setup master data records
与业务部门沟通，了解他们的需求Communicate with the business units to understand their needs
为其他业务部门提供充分的支持和解决方案Provide adequate support and solutions to the business units
负责完成系统收货运货确认操作Data entry for picking and shipping confirmation
确认装运单据 (包括装箱单,发票,运输秩序等)Validate and confirm shipping documents (Packing list, invoice, shipping order, etc)负责每天发货状态记录的更新Update daily shipment status summary

任职要求Requirements

良好的英语口语和书写能力Good commend of spoken and written English.
会使用微软办公软件 (excel, windows)Knowledge of using MS office (excel, windows)
良好的组织、沟通、分析能力，注重细节Good organization/ communication/ detail oriented/ analytical skills
能够独立完成工作,细心的，勤奋并具有良好的人际交往能力Independent, detail-minded, hardworking and good interpersonal skills
