职位描述：
Responsibilities:
1.Manage baby products : seat pad development and production introduction.
负责婴儿坐垫类产品开发和生产导入
2.Provide technical support to project management team
为项目管理团队提供技术支持
3.Design manufacturing process, calculate process standard time, labor force requirement
-设计产品制作工序,计算工时,人手.
4.Design production line, line layout & station layout
-设计适合产品生产的流水线模式及工位
5.Design line tooling
-设计生产工夹具.
6.Maintain line tooling & machines capacity
-监测及维护生产工夹具和机器的产能.
7.Continuous to improve line set up to yield higher efficiency
-继续提升生产线的设置以提高生产效率.

Qualification:
1. University degree, major in Industrial Engineering
- 大学专科以上，工业工程专业优先.
2. 5 years+ experiences in developing Baby products ( seat pad,etc) for global brands like Mattel, Chicco, Britax, etc.
- 5年以上国际品牌婴儿类产品(如童车坐垫等）开发经验，品牌包括美泰、智高、宝得适 等等；
3. Good English skills in reading & writing is necessary
-英语读写能力熟练
4. Good communication skills
-良好的沟通能力
5. Familiar with the Kaizen, 5S, LEAN manufacturing process
- 熟悉Kaizen, 5S, 精益生产流程.
6..熟悉婴儿坐垫产品生产工艺和开发转量产的过程。能对婴儿产品材料用量和工时进行评估。
Familiar with the production process and mass production introduction process for baby seat pad product. Capable of evaluating material usage and labor timing for such product.
7. 会用相关电脑软件出纸格者更佳。
Can use CAD or other computerized paper pattern software is a plus. 举报 分享
