Job Requirements任职要求：

1.College degree or above, more than 2 years relevant position experience in Human Resource;

大专以上学历，2年以上人力资源相同岗位工作经验；

2.Familiar with training process;

熟悉培训岗位工作流程；

3.Have some writing skills, can write company announcement notice;

有一定的写作能力，会拟定相关公司公告通知；

4.Basic oral and written English skill, fluent in Mandarin;

具有一定的英文听、说、读、写能力，普通话流利；

5.Excellent communication, interpersonal, coordination skills;

良好的沟通、协调、人际交往能力；

6.Service oriented, initiative& proactive attitude and reliable;

良好的服务意识，工作态度积极主动，可信赖。

Main Responsibility工作职责：

1.Understand each department training needs, make and implement company training plan, make training record and training text management. Update training plan and record forms on public disk every week;

了解各部门培训需求，拟定公司培训计划并落实实施，做好培训记录、培训考核的管理工作；

2.Arrange 5S check , coordinate checker to provide 5s photos and documents;

5S检查安排，协调各检查人员对检查结果进行统计、改善点的统计及公布；

3.Perform other task assigned by superior.

完成上级交代的其它任务。
