岗位职责
1、根据工作分析和岗位评估结果，参与设计公司薪酬体系，编制薪酬管理制度，并组织实施、评估和完善；
2、分析市场薪酬数据，参考公司业务情况及人员变动规律，制定公司薪酬调整方案；
3、制定年度薪酬预算并监督执行；
4、依据公司薪酬管理制度、实施细则、员工出勤情况及绩效表现，负责审定各类员工的薪资和奖金发放情况；
5、负责审定各类福利项目和支出水平，安排下属人员及时办理社保等手续并准确缴纳各项福利；
6、根据公司发展阶段，分析公司经营策略，制定整体绩效管理体系，进行绩效体系的建立与实施，协助人力资源总监进行总公司高管绩效管理工作的实施等；
7、对业务部门、区域分公司的相关工作进行指导。

任职资格:

1、人力资源管理或相关专业本科及以上学历；
2、至少3年以上薪酬管理实施经验；
3、熟练掌握人力资源专业绩效、薪酬福利等领域，掌握薪酬设计方法，了解现代企业薪酬福利管理体系设计方法和薪酬福利管理流程，熟悉薪酬福利保险等方面的法律法规；
4、为人正直，忠诚守信，工作严谨，保密性强；
