职位描述：
JD:
1.Send service tools in time to mission (provide tools in time to GSC field service technician or customer)
 2.Prepare delivery and customs documents
 3.Collect necessary information for import / export from customs of GSC Asia region
 4.Determine demand for new required tools + priorization + budgeting for next periods
 5.(Initialize) purchasing new service tools, via purchase department or by E-shop
 6.Check and receive purchased or returned service tools.
 7.Manage stock and inventory of service tools,(coding; locating; stocktaking; maintain; etc.)
 8.Order service tools from foreign or local suppliers via purchase department or by E-shop
 9.Coordinate repair, replacement of tools as well as calibration/revision of measurement tools
 10.Validate demand for tools from technicians (before final decision from manager)
 11.Communication with installation coordinator, planner, in-house and field technicians, customers
 12.Local sourcing of tools with support by purchasing department
 13.Create and maintain BOM for installation box.
 14.Other tasks assigned by direct supervisor

JR:
1.Bachelor or associate bachelor degree with university or college education 大学本科或专科
2.Major in logistics or purchasing? 物流或者采购专业
3.with 0～3 years’ working experiences;0-3年相关工作经验
4.Familiar with mechanical or electrical tools 熟悉机械类或电子类的工具
5.Logistics of parts; stock management and Excel 零件物流，库存管理以及EXCEL操作技能
6.Good English: speaking, reading and writing, English test CET 4/6, German is a plus
