职位描述：
? Manage production operations consistent with company operating guidelines.
? Work with all departments to implement company policies and goals.
? Ensure effective management of performance in the department to meet business needs.
? Planning and Organizing resources to fulfill build and shipment plan.
? To ensure planned KPI of efficiency and performance are met or exceeded.
? Ensure continual improvement with overall quality of product.
? Ensure compliance with Health and Safety Policy, system and processes.
? Ensure complete compliance to prescribed Quality Management System, Good Manufacturing Practices and 5S processes.
? Assess production staffing and skill requirements. Develop plans to address needs.
? Establish production priorities and allocate the resources.
? Implement and drive continuous improvement activities through implementation of change management process and best practices.
? To maintain a delivery accuracy of 100% and quality performance meeting or exceeding customer expectation.
? To achieve an inventory accuracy of 100%.
? To work with QA, engineering , material and other relevant departments to ensure sufficiency of tools / equipments /machines , sufficiency of manpower and proper training of workers in order to meet both production output and quality expectations..
? To manage a team of operators, line leaders, supervisors and Operation Leader etc to ensure that daily production targets are met at the necessary quality levels.
? To enforce discipline among the production crew members.
? To define the work schedule of zone members, TS, STS, Zone Leader, and supervisors.
? To minimize wastage of raw materials.
? To sustain and improve production yields and work efficiency.
? To hold regular production meetings.
? To participate actively in Material Review meetings.
? Required to set up a work schedule, plan the necessary manpower, work with other supporting department to ensure necessary machines, jigs fixtures, material are in place.
? Required to set up a suitable production work system to ensure that maximum production efficiency and best possible quality are achieved.

Job requriements
? Degree in Engineering / Business Studies with relevant 5 years experience or Diploma with relevant 10 years working experience.
? Able to handle multiple priorities and strong organizational skills.
? Strong initiative and able to propose for problems encounter.
? Knowledge in SAP.
? Excellent verbal and written communication skills ( especially in English ) at all levels of employees. 举报 分享
