职位描述：
1. Product Development
* Maintain and communicate all development activities through PLM.
* Review, monitor and verify tech packs/spec sheets before passing to factories.
* Communicate daily with NY and factories regarding the status of samples and approvals.
* Review proto samples and prepare comments in preparation for development meetings.
* Own communication on development with cross-functional and NY based teams.
* Partner with cross-functional teams to procure sampling materials for all development milestones.
* PDT management: understanding and adhering to milestone dates, sense of urgency and high attention to detail.
* Coordinate and track product approvals.
* Manage and track Wear Test sample requests.
* Coordinate the sending of development packages to overseas partners.

2. Product Costing
* Support and manage all costing activities in PLM.
* Implement and coordinate projects and initiatives aimed at improving margins.

The accomplished individual will possess...
* 5+ years’ experience in footwear or related development. Preferably in luxury fashion lady shoes.
* Basic knowledge of materials and footwear constructions.
* Basic knowledge of costing and margin.
* Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
* Ability to multitask and strong sense of teamwork.
* Strong communication skills in written and oral English.
