Responsibilities:
-Managing the financial and the accounting activities of the business
-Providing financial support to China VP Commercial and local management team to maximise shareholder value and safeguard the company assets
-Responsibility for assets management, financial information, statutory/regulatory requirements and the financial Stewardship of the business
-Ensuring all activities are conducted with due consideration to statutory and company requirements and are consistent with Our Bond/accounting policy.
-Involving in annual budget and rolling forecasts for the business, working closely with China FP&A team in driving the financial reporting process improvement.
-Maintaining an effective taxation management and reporting process complying to China tax laws and regulation, etc.,
-Build close working relationship with local regulatory authorities including taxation, SAFE, AIC and banks, etc.
-Ensuring the skills and competency of team members are built and maintained.

Requirement:
-Minimum 8 years working experience with multi-national (manufacturing preferred) companies
-Minimum 5 years supervisory experience
-Possess controller ship skills ensure good internal control performance.
-Leadership and team management skills
-Sound experience in taxation and costing control
-High level of energy and commitment on continual improvement
-Degree minimum with Major in Accounting
-Good communication skills with excellent spoken and written English.
-Good Oracle ERP knowledge and experience. 举报 分享
