Our client is a very famous big-size lingerie manufacturing company.
Reporting Lines汇报关系:
Report to: Senior Manager – Technical Design
Subordinates: 3 - 4
Job Purpose职位概述:
To communicate and provide technical aspects on lingerie products.
Key Responsibilities主要职责:
1. Communicate with customer and designer and provide technical aspects on garments.
2. Indicate sewing instruction on new styles.
3. Attend fitting session, and get feedback from customer comments.
4. Check fitting, pattern, measurement, sewing workmanship with pattern maker, sewing room and other subordinates.
5. Ensure garment are correct constructed and meet customer requirement and quality standards.
6. Analyze potential risk on each style from development stage and resolve before bulk production.
7. Solve problems and enquiries regarding garment fitting and technical issues.
Job Requirements职位要求:
1. College degree, major in Garment / Intimate Apparel or related field.
2. Minimum of 5 years’ experience in garments manufacturing set-up, of which 3 years as Supervisor.
3. Knowledge and full understanding on the science of Lingerie manufacturing process & crafts.
4. Understanding of pattern and pattern alterations, garments fitting and comments.
5. Familiar with lingerie production processes and quality standards requirements.
6. Familiar with Lingerie product.
7. Good knowledge on pattern making, grading and sewing.
8. Familiar with garment making procedure.
9. Good knowledge on computer usage- Word, Excel, Outlook.
10. Good reading and writing English, can daily communicate in oral English.
11. Highly analytical, attention to details, be assertive.
12. Be positive and willing to take challenges.
13. Results oriented.
14. Good communication skills with customer and company workmates.
15. Problem solving skills.
16. Interpersonal skills.
17. With a “can-do” mindset & attitude.
