职位描述：
Ⅰ General Mission 职位概述
Assist the Factory Director as a Project Engineering Manager to in charge of English Translation, Communication and installing machines, equipment maintenance & Industrial Engineering.

Context :
In 2017 and 2018, Extruflex will implement a new workshop : construction of a new building, installation of new production lines with new process, start to produce on those lines … This is a very interesting opportunity for somebody interested in Industrial projects, eager to learn, and committed to high performance.

Ⅱ Duties/Responsibilities 主要职责
1. Liaison with Suppliers and Sourcing ( 20% )
- Liaison for all Suppliers and Contractors, regarding Industrial Projects ( Industrial Investment, New Equipment, New Implantation, Lab equipment …) for ZS factory or France.
- Identify suppliers, Contact them, and organize meetings and visits. Sourcing.
- Receive all communication from supplier : translate, archive, communicate to Factory Director and Industrial Director
- Translate and Issue all the requests from Extruflex to suppliers …
- Prepare related documents : Drawings, Auto Cad Drawings, CuoteComparaison, Technical Data sheets, Technical Standards …
- Negotiate the prices and contracts prior Factory Director Validation.

2 New Workshop Follow Up ( 50% )
Assist the Factory Director in following up our new workshop project.
Liaison with supplier
Discuss technical issues and propose solutions
Follow up the work and check conformity to designed plan
Follow up the installation, trials and training on new equipment’s.

3 Hardware Outsourcing ( 20% )
- Responsible for finding new suppliers and / or developing new hardware equipments with suppliers.
- Responsible for Visiting the Hardware suppliers, arranging Quality Inspection, Following any Quality issue
- Monitor the Service level of each hardware supplier ( Deliveries on time, Quality level, Service level … ) and propose actions to improve it

4. Communication in the Factory ( 10 % )
- Translation and Formating of Communication Notes, Training Quick Lessons, Training Documents, Information Kits for workshop …including Daily production meeting
- Maintain the communication boards Updated
- Assist with the visual comunication .needed for the 5S projects ( Preparation and Translation of Documents ), Indicators and Information Boards for Workshops

5. Additional Actions (10 %) depending of organization and needs, as requested by Superior.
