1.Training
Play a role of product USP master in WH/WT KA channel and stores to dealer’s shop assistant and sales managers, national or local product competitor analysis and comparison with major competitor;
Communicate with sales team or dealer to clarify local training/marketing support requirement, making training plan. Competitor’s info collection, comparison to make new WH/WT product key sales point;
Cooperate with PM to prepare product USP and change from technical features to benefits for end user.
Channel customer requirement and marketing promotion tools info collec-tion to support new product design input and marketing activities plan prepare.
2.Market Support
Product standard display training and monitoring on channel;
New competitive product function creation, cooperate with PM to prepare training file.
Industry tradeshow and seminar attend and related info collection and sharing with PM team;
Coordinate regular internal sales promotion, events, campaign to commu-nicate with SM department to design all materials.
3.Customer Communication
Accumulate WH/WT professional knowledge;
Well known channel shop assistant requirement and language.
Cooperate and coordinate for customer/dealer requirement & activity (function, comparison, LP, promotion etc)
Different region major competitor communication and analysis.

Vocational training / work skills:
At least 4 year experience of WH/WT field or home appliance market, shop assistant monitoring specialist, competitive analysis, comparison training or related jobs
Bachelor degree of thermal engineering, marketing, or related industry Environmental or HVAC industrial is preferred
Good communication skill
Intermediate Microsoft office skill
Senior PowerPoint, Excel skill
Good presentation skill
