职位描述：
Job responsibilities:
? Support China employee communication strategy and execute communication plans aligning to company strategy, culture and values
? Localize and implement Corporate/Regional internal communication and branding/cultural campaigns
? Provide support to China leadership team on leadership communications and engagement activities with employees
? Plan and help to drive Commercial, R&D and other functions internal communication initiatives and support on internal activities such as town hall, new program launch, annual conference, and other key events
? Work closely with HR to land employer branding and other cultural/value enhancement initiatives
? Enhance employee engagement leveraging integrated communication channels and innovative social media tools and improve two-way internal communications channel
? Develop, write, design, and produce a wide range of internal publications including announcements, newsletter reports, videos, posters, etc, for internal audiences
? Assist China Corporate Affairs team in terms of communication materials preparation and event support on major China-wide programs

Job requirements:
? Bachelor Degree or above majored in English, Journalism, or Communications; overseas studying experience preferred
? 6-8 years working experience in communications/PR field with at least 2-3 years’ experience in internal communications; agency experience preferred
? Excellent bilingual - English & Chinese languages skills, especially in writing and speaking
? Proactive in understanding the management, employees and business needs
? A creative thinker, fast learner as well as a good team player
? Being willing to work under tight deadlines and collaborate across boundaries and different cultures 举报 分享
