职位描述：
Job Summary：

The Specialist is responsible for handle ground freight operations and support ground freight solutions and implementations. This position interacts with Customer, BD and vendors.

Key Responsibilities:

Handle ground freight shipment operations
? Liaise with customers and vendors to arrange ground freight(both china domestic and cross border ones) pickup and deliveries;
? Do timely system entry and milestone updates, ensure compliance of customer visibilities.
? Settle billings and build good relationship with customers.
Support Ground freight Solution and Implementation
? Maintain operation handbooks and keep it updated regularly;
? Support new win project implementations(SOP setups and vendor trainings);
? Support ground freight solutions and inquiries.
? Support ground freight vendor sourcing and evaluations.
? Other tasks assigned by manager.

Qualification Requirements:
 
? Colleges or above degree, special in logistics or ground freight is preferred.
? More than 3 years' experience in freight forwarding/ground freight industry is preferred.
? Good English skills in both written and spoken, CET-6 or above is preferred.
? Skillful for Ms-office (Execl, PPT, Word) applications.
? Confident, trustworthy, customer-oriented and able to work in a fast paced environment
