Description:

1. Lead demand planning cycle of S&OP process and participant in all S&OP process for Milka. Address risk and opps to help category to hit company sales target. Report demand forecast to AP region category team timely.

2. Lead demand planning cycle of S&OP process participant in all S&OP process for Special channel. Communicate in between related stakeholder and departments to get alignment of demand and supply.

3. Lead team to build rolling 24 month/weekly forecast at SKU/RDC level by closely working with marketing and trade marketing team or other related department.

4. Closely work with supply planning & customer service team to ensure the supply, minimize OOS to improve service level. Lead allocation plan when supply constrain happens.

6. System implementation to improve demand planning capability and accuracy.

Requirement:

- Deep knowledge of Demand Planning and Supply planning

- Good command on both oral and written English

- Experience in Project Management and demand planning system implementation

- Effective cross function communication skills. Strong leadership and team management skills. High analysis & reporting ability

- 8+ years planning experience, 5+ years on demand planning

- Food business Supply Chain concept & Supply Chain management experience preferred

- Business process orientated – able to view total Supply Chain and build optimal process
