Duties:
? Maintain accounting records to ensure compliance with requirements under local laws, accounting standards, corporate policies and procedures
? Ensure timely submission and filing of all statutory forms and returns
? Process payments and staff reimbursement
? Prepare periodic reports and financial statements
? Liaise with banks and other authorities in terms of tax, SAFE, AIC etc. as first window
? Work with auditors for local statuary audit and tax compliance matters, group auditors for internal audit
? Perform regular tax fillings
? Assist Finance Manager in annual budget and monthly forecast preparation
? Ad hoc projects as assigned
Requirements
? University degree in Finance, Accounting or Economics
? Minimum 5 years of relevant working experience in a similar role
? Experience in dealing with external statutory parties
? Well versed with local accounting software and SAP
? Independent, self-motivated, well organised with good communication skills
? Good command of both spoken and written English and Chinese
? Proficiency in MS office application, with advanced excel skills
