Job Description:
New packaging development, from concept to physical sample design; from mockup approval to cosmetic sample approval; Responsible for packaging introduction from engineering to production.

Responsibilities:
Key Tasks and Responsibilities:
1. Introduce new packaging from engineering to production.
2. Day to day communication with customers, factories & internal teams
3. Development schedule follow up
4. Information management
5. Timeline management
6. Cost vetting & negotiations
7. Vendor management

Qualifications:
Skills and Qualifications:
- 5 years or above relevant work experience
- Have computer knowledge and familiar with using MS Excel, Word & Powerpoint
- Colleague graduate / English level 6
- Have good time management skills
- Detail minded & open minded
- Good leadership skills
- Able to communicate in English & Chinese, written & verbal
- Good team player and leader
- Have knowlege of packing printing and packaging structure design, understand different coating process and special process of spot UV, foil stamping, embossing
- Have knowledge of packaging structure design,packaging process, packaging material and transportation packaging, basic knowledge of packaging machinery and test standard
- Proven experience to finish packaging structure design personally and familiar with structure design issue
