Responsibilities:
Traininig Kitchen Management
1.Organizes workshops according to requests from different business units and brands;
2.Follows sinodis chefs and guest chefs requests for implementation of workshops in Demo kitchen;
3.Purchases ingredients for workshops market list;
4.Coordinates sample preparation according to market list of workshops;
5.Welcomes guest chefs and trainee in Kitchen.
Technical assistance
1.Set up its own workshops according to Calendar;
2.Designs Workshops according to requests.
Inventory Management
1.Follows up inventory of Demo Kitchen;
2.Controls inventory value according to department guidelines;
3.Controls product inventory value according to department guidenlines;
4.Controls equipment and tools inventory;
5.Coordinates maintenance of equipment;
6.Re-order new equipment based on Kitchen budget.
Hygiene
1.Ensures hygiene standard in Demo Kitchen;
2.Supervises hygiene team for Demo Kitchen work;
Service VIP Room
Responsible for VIP room activities using Demo Kitchen:Stock/sampling/food production
Communication
1.Coordinates with TMFS Manager for workshops feedback;
2.Updates Demo Kitchen Database.
